I’m not sure this needs to be a whole page. I’ll probably get rid of it. For now, enjoy some clips. You know, the laypeople say that you can use a clip without permission as long as it’s under five seconds. They say that it’s fair use that way. They say clips shorter than that can’t even be copywritten under patent law anyway. Are they right?? I’ll never tell!! without a representation agreement!
